Les végétaux font partie de notre quotidien et la conservation de la biodiversité reste un enjeu pour notre survie. La visite des serres tropicales permet de découvrir l’histoire des plantes alimentaires et leurs usages : plantes sources de molécules thérapeutiques, plantes à fibres, produisant de l’oxygène… Les plantes observées sont nombreuses : du poivrier en passant par le caféier, le cacaoyer, le cotonnier ou encore l’hévéa ou l’aloé vera…
